Refund policy
All sales at Lottie Da are considered final. Due to the unique, refurbished nature of our pieces and the custom handling involved in delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns at this time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the item has not yet shipped or entered the delivery process. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Custom or Final Sale Items
Custom orders, sale items, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
